Swedish / Holistic, Deep Tissue Massage, Ayurvedic and Indian Head Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, Ayurvedic Facial Lift Massage, Reflexology, Pregnancy Massage & Pregnancy ReflexologyI’ve been practicing for over eleven years and work from two therapy centres - the Manu Centre in Bradford on Avon and Pure Moves in Frome.
I’ve worked in a number of leading complementary health clinics and spas, including Neal’s Yard Remedies and The Mayfair Spa.
Most of my clients suffer from back, neck or shoulder tensions or conditions but I can help with a range of complaints – physical and emotional like stress, anxiety, sleeping problems or lack of energy.
Through my treatments I use strong pressure when needed or more gentle and relaxing techniques, depending on your requirements. I work on pressure points to help release muscular tension and increase the body’s energy flow to make you feel relaxed and grounded yet energised as well.

Working on the marma points (Ayurvedic pressure points) and chakras using special oils and techniques, an Ayurvedic massage will help increase your body’s energy flow and leave you feeling relaxed and positive and full of energy.
